I know you’ve probably seen this batter before, but it actually makes a pretty perfect batter for Fried Oreos or pretty much anything sweet that shouldn’t be fried that you want to fry anyway. Definitely NOT HCG friendly.
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. milk
2 eggs slightly beaten
Oreos or whatever you want to dunk
Sifted powdered sugar (optional)
I suggest pouring the batter into a 32oz cup or tumbler and leaving about 1.5″ from the top of the cup empty do the the Archimedes Principle. This will make sure you always have enough batter for dunking. Alternatively you could just spoon the batter over a bowl. Whatevs.
