1 c water
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 small box strawberry Jello
1 pint strawberries, sliced
Cool whip (or make your own!)
2 pie crusts
Directions: In a saucepan over medium heat, cook sugar, water and cornstarch until dissolved Add Jello. Stir until dissolved. Let cool at room temperature. Divide strawberries between the 2 pie crusts. Pour mixture over the strawberries, dividing the mixture between the 2 crusts. Refrigerate. Server topped with cool whip. Makes 2. Obviously 🙂
